Karma Strikes Back: Furious Spotify Boss RIPS Meghan Markle & Archewell to SHREDS After Trademark Lawsuit Fails

As you may recall,  Duchess  Meghan and  Prince  Harry  signed   an   incredible   multi-million   dollar  deal with Spotify,  with   the   aim   of   creating  a platform  for  their voices  to  shine. One of  her  ambitious projects was  'Archetypes',   which   aimed  to explore the diverse experiences of women  that  challenge stereotypes. However, their  business  hit a  major   hurdle  when Spotify decided to  end   their  podcast and  content  agreement.

Undeterred by this setback, Meghan  has   tried  to salvage something from the  rubble  by  trademarking   her  name  Archetype.   Their  goal was to secure  the  rights to the name in  a   variety   of  categories, including downloadable audio recordings, podcasts, and  the  cultural  treatment  of women and stereotypes  they   face.  But Meghan's  hopes  were  quickly  dashed.  Just  10 minutes  after   filing,  the  U.S.  Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)  dismissed   the   case,  citing  potential  confusion with  another   company's  existing  trademark,   ``Project  Miracle IP  Holdings.''  This early  refusal   makes   it   clear  that Meghan's  attempts  to  secure  ownership  of   her  name  are   sure  to  run   into  obstacles.

Undeterred,  Meghan and Harry's legal team  requested   an   extension  to amend their  application   in   hopes   of   overcoming  the initial rejection.  But  as time  passed,   her   podcast  remained in  limbo   and  the challenges  grew.   Finally,   Duchess  Meghan and  Prince  Harry  had   to   make   an   important  decision.  They   decided   to   withdraw   the   offer   rather  than  continue  in what  appeared   to   be  a futile  effort.  Last month, they filed an "Express Abandonment,"  indicating  their decision to  abandon  the fight  over  the "Archetypes" trademark.

What   can  this development tell us?  This   is  a  clear   sign  that  Meghan's  ambitions  to   use  her global status to build a media empire have  hit  a  serious  roadblock. The cancellation of  the  podcast   and   subsequent   brand   backlash   highlights  the hurdles  they   face  in maintaining  celebrity status and securing lucrative deals.

Remarkably,  despite  the  initial  hype,   "Archetypes"   gradually   lost  its appeal, plummeting to  No.   22   on  the  Spotify  rankings by its 10th episode. This  is  a reminder that fame can be  temporary.   Now  the question  is,   what's  next for Meghan?  There  are  rumors  that she  may   be   reviving  her Instagram account as part of  her  wellness  business.  This suggests that  she   is  not yet ready to  be   forgotten.

Dior's  latest  social media post  includes  a subtle message  for  Meghan Markle, while  also  garnering praise for  Camila's  elegant navy  dress.  Queen Camilla and King Charles made a regal appearance at the Palace of Versailles, attending a state banquet attended by carefully selected guests.

Camilla's choice of attire paid homage to the late Queen Elizabeth II, as she donned a bespoke navy gown and sentimental royal jewelry. The stunning dress, a Dior Couture evening garden cape in midnight blue silk, was specially crafted by Maria Grazia Chiuri, epitomizing Dior's savoir-faire.

Dior took to social media to commend Camilla's regal appearance, sharing an image of Queen Camilla and King Charles captioned, "A regal appearance for the state dinner held this evening at the Château de Versailles.

Queen Camilla appeared in an exquisite Dior Couture evening gown and cape in midnight blue silk, pre-specially dreamed up by Maria Grazia Chiuri - a masterpiece epitomizing Dior's savoir-faire," said a statement accompanying the picture on the official Twitter account of the brand.  Following the French brand's post, many royal fans believe  the  Queen's   image  was used to subtly mock  Meghan,  who reportedly failed to  land  a deal with the luxury brand.  Dior   appears   to   want   to   distance   itself   from   Prince   Harry   after  the controversial suit  he  wore to his father's  coronation.  However, another source  said  Dior had  reportedly  considered  Prince  Harry as an ambassador, but  Meghan's  involvement reportedly led to  the  brand's   rejection.  Some  think  this  is  a  good   outcome  for  both.

Dior  understands  that  he  needs to appeal to different  markets   that  can  buy   his   company's  clothes. In June, a Dior spokesperson dismissed  speculation  about  the  Duchess'   contract,   saying   Dior  occasionally dressed  Meghan  when she was  an   active  member of the royal family  along   with  Prince Harry.  Prince  Harry also  wore  Dior  at   King   Charles'  recent  coronation.  Ever since Dior denied reports  of  a  contract  with  Duchess  Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex has been  the   subject   of  online trolling  every   time  a member of the royal family  wears  the  brand's   clothes.

While Dior aims to appeal to  a   young,  affluent  demographic,  it also recognizes the importance of older,  affluent   women,  who may be drawn to the brand  by  seeing  Camila  in  this  dress. Queen Camilla's appearance in  an  exquisite  midnight blue silk  Dior   Couture   Evening   Her   Garden   cape   drew  applause from many royal fans.
