It looks like Prince William is absolutely spitting mad with his brother Prince Harry according to recent reports. Sources are stating that William is furious with Harry's recent TV interview where he opened up about his relationship with the royal family. This new information has left William fuming and wanting to completely wash his hands of Harry going forward.
In Harry's ITV documentary titled "Meghan and the Media," he addressed the struggles he and his wife Meghan Markle have faced with the British tabloid press. He spoke candidly about the destroyed relationship with his family and believes they should be supporting him more. However, it's clear the family is not fully backing Harry, which is a central cause of the destruction.

William is said to be extremely upset that Harry mentioned their late mother Princess Diana in the interview. A source told Australian news that William is "spitting mad" that Harry would reference Diana's death again. According to the reports, William feels Harry and Meghan are constantly "cashing in" on Diana's tragic death. Since marrying Meghan, the source claims Harry's "obsession" with his mother has only intensified. This has pushed William to the point where he wants to wash his hands of Harry for good.
Personally, I don't understand why William would be so angry that Harry is honoring the memory of their mother. Diana was Harry's mother too, so of course he has feelings and memories of her that he may want to discuss. William is certainly entitled to feel how he wants about his own mother as well. However, Harry defending Diana's name and experience with the press is not an "obsession." He's standing up for the invalidation and unfair treatment Diana received when she was alive.

/p>After Diana's death, it was proven she was not just being "paranoid" as William was reported to say about her in the past. For Harry to make sure he respects and protects his mother's legacy seems perfectly reasonable. If anything, William has taken more of a silent approach when it comes to discussing Diana over the years. Whereas Harry is using his platform to be openly vocal, much like Diana herself was through her interviews. Silence often allows untruths and unfair narratives to thrive, so speaking out can be an important way to honor someone.
It also seems very hypocritical for William to be angry at Harry when he barely acknowledges or mentions Diana himself. We rarely hear William talk about his late mother with such emotion. Some would argue he hasn't done enough to properly defend her name and experience. In contrast, William stays very quiet and behind closed doors about most issues. Perhaps that works for him, but being outspoken like Harry can be a better way for royals to use their platform for good.

There's also been a lot of chatter about how much of a control freak William can be. It's possible he disapproves of Harry sharing personal stories without his permission first. However, as Harry said - he felt he had no other choice but to speak out after years of unfair treatment. While William may dislike losing some power over the family narrative, standing up for what's right should come before maintaining absolute control.
In other royal family news, it appears Prince Andrew has won his battle to remain at the lavish Royal Lodge home despite the Jeffrey Epstein scandal fallout. Royal experts say Andrew's brother King Charles, who is also dealing with cancer currently, doesn't seem willing to forcefully remove Andrew from the residence. It's disappointing but not surprising Andrew has faced few real consequences. Strange how the family is said to be so angry with Harry, yet they've barely held Andrew accountable for his documented misdeeds.

Overall the latest reports show there is deep tension and lack of support between the royal brothers. While families will always have disagreements, failing to defend your own blood or enabling truly bad behavior sets a disturbing example. With the archaic pressures of tradition and social expectations, its easy to turn a blind eye to injustice or crack down too heavily on difference of opinion. Hopefully in time a more balanced, compassionate approach can prevail for all involved.
