James came across the heartbreaking story of Ramon Alberto Pis, who was traveling from Argentina to Morocco with his dog Sombra. However, due to Air France's restrictions, Sombra had to travel in the cargo hold. During a layover in Paris, Ramone received devastating news - the airline had lost Sombra. Deeply moved by this story, James shared a petition on his Instagram Stories urging his followers to sign it. He expressed his deep sadness over what had happened, emphasizing that as someone who frequently travels, this situation is his worst nightmare.

James tagged Air France in his post, reminding them that International Dog Day was approaching in July. He wanted to raise awareness of the issue and help prevent other pet owners from experiencing the same tragedy. It's clear that James has an immense affection for dogs, having credited his cocker spaniel Ella with saving his life by helping him overcome his battle with depression and mental health issues in the past.

In addition to advocating for dog-friendly travel policies, James has also launched his own dog food business called James and Ella. Living in a luxurious £1.4 million home in Berkshire, England, James started producing freeze-dried raw dog food under the brand in 2020. The products are named after James and his beloved cocker spaniel Ella.

In his video footage, one sees Inigo sweetly extending his paw towards a bag of delectable canine treats. Accompanying the heartwarming video on Instagram, James shared his excitement, revealing the rumors were indeed true - his very own James and Ella range had finally made it onto the shelves.
