According to veteran royal author and biographer Robert Jobson, there's a much sweeter dynamic between our Princess of Wales and the monarch away from the spotlight. While they maintain the utmost propriety and respect in public as Catherine, Princess of Wales and His Majesty King Charles III, behind closed doors things are much more informal and heartwarming.

In Jobson's upcoming book, excerpted by the Daily Mail, he reveals that Kate affectionately addresses Charles simply as "Grandpa." Can you even handle the cuteness?! Meanwhile, Charles prefers the terms "darling daughter-in-law" or "loving daughter-in-law" when speaking of Kate. Doesn't that just warm your royal heart?
Jobson's sources also spilled that Queen Consort Camilla is just as fond of our future queen. She's frequently seen laughing and joking with Kate, and is said to give her a loving kiss whenever they meet for family events. It's clear the bond between these modern royal women runs deep.
