BREAKING NEWS: Prince William Bans Prince Harry's Return to the Royal Family

Sources close to the royal family are reporting that Prince William has put an absolute ban on Prince Harry ever returning to the fold. According to royal expert Hillary Fordwich, William is taking a firm stance against allowing Harry back following the siblings' ongoing feud.

"It is widely known within the family that Prince William has laid down an absolute ban on Harry returning in any way, shape, or form into his former royal role," Fordwich told Fox News Digital. As the heir to the throne, William is said to be adopting a harder line, similar to that of his late grandfather Prince Philip.

While King Charles is reported to still have affection for his son Harry and would like to see more of him, it is William who refuses to even communicate with his brother at this time. A spokesperson for the Prince of Wales declined to comment on the report.

The rift between the brothers is believed to have deepened following Harry and wife Meghan Markle's departure from royal duties in 2020 and their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey last year where they made allegations about the royal family. Harry also published an explosive memoir titled "Spare" in January where he was critical of his upbringing in the royal family.

Sources say these acts, along with their lucrative deals with Netflix and Spotify, have burned bridges between Harry and the rest of the family. William is said to view Harry's actions as disrespectful towards the institution of the monarchy. He does not feel Harry can be trusted or welcomed back after publicly sharing private family matters.

However, not all hope for reconciliation is lost. Former royal butler Grant Harrold told the New York Post last week that Harry could take one step that may soften William's stance - issuing a public statement admitting fault.

"The only way I see this happening is a public statement from Harry where you come out and say that you were in a bad space and that 'Spare' was a mistake," Harrold said. While not strictly an apology, some feel an acknowledgement from Harry could help to start mending fences. But those close to the situation say it's highly doubtful Harry would do so, given his silence thus far on the negative impacts of his past actions.

Meanwhile, the fallout from Harry's decisions continues. Just this week, the British media bestowed a new mocking nickname upon the Duke of Sussex - "Ginger Winger," playing on his red hair and tendency to "winge" or complain frequently. While the term was intended in jest, it underscores the scorn now directed at Harry from some quarters in his home country.

With the cold war between the brothers continuing, there are concerns about how their relationship may deteriorate further over time. As the years pass, the buffer provided by their parents Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles will fade. All hope of Harry reconciling with the future King William appears to rest on Harry making an overture William deems sincere - and most analysts agree the chances of that are extremely slim. For now, William's absolute ban remains firmly in place with no end in sight for this royal family feud.
