The annual 'Together at Christmas' concert at Westminster Abbey has become a royal tradition. However, the festive holiday extravaganza may be postponed or even go on without its star. Without Princess Catherine in the lead up to December, it has been reported that she could decide to pre-record introductions to performers at the live event so she could in some way take part in her creation.

Another theory holds that Prince William and the couple's three children could attend in person along with Kate's pre-recorded airing bits. However, according to the latest news from Kensington Palace, our Princess has shown her determination to return to work after her cancer ordeal. She has spent time planning for her Christmas Carol concert.

Today, in her most positive sign that she's returning to good health, she held her second official meeting of the year - just a week after her first was recorded in the Court Circular. Commentators have held that the meeting, where she's understood to have discussed plans for her annual festive concert at Westminster Abbey, is a very good sign that she's back to full fitness.

It comes after she held a meeting last week about her early year's work. The fact that she's aiming to organize and be at her Carol service is obviously great news. Clearly, her doctors have given her the go-ahead for her slowly resuming duties and she's starting off with some relatively minor ones - some things that aren't too taxing.

It will be the fourth time the Princess has hosted the festive soirée, which saw her joined by her proud husband, Prince William, and all three children last year. Royal fashion fans often take detailed notes of the outfits the royal family wears, particularly on grand occasions. And this occasion was no different.

In a graceful nod to winter, the Princess of Wales stepped out in an ivory coat worn over a coordinating sweater and trousers. Her outfit subtly exuded festive elegance while managing to steer clear of the usual holiday clichés. Princess Charlotte sported a similar outfit to the one she had worn for last year's Carol concert, featuring her burgundy Trotter's Heritage Classic coat and complimented by a new pair of papelli Angelica button shoes in Navy patent for the occasion.

Louie proved to be quite the fashion icon as he dawned a navy blue jacket with what appears to be a maroon colored jumper underneath. William and Katherine's youngest child's outfit was completed with a pair of color matching trousers and navy blue Chelsea boots. Individually, the Wales children - Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis - looked beautifully put together. But standing next to their mother, fans quickly noted that together there was a hidden meaning behind their outfit choices.

On the Buckingham Palace balcony at Trooping the Colour, George and Louis wore Navy Blazers with matching red ties and white shirts, whereas the princess wore a white dress with a red trim and neck scarf. Meanwhile, their mother looked beautiful in an emerald green dress coat by Andrew from complete with a matching hat.

One fan took to the social media platform Twitter to reveal the hidden meaning behind the outfit colors: "First, I believe Catherine is in green because she's a colonel of the Irish Guards. Then I just adore the attention to detail - the Wales family are wearing green, white and red colors of the Welsh flag."

On September 29th, Princess Catherine was photographed driving in a car with Prince William as the couple attended a service at Crathie Church in Balmoral. Their three children were not with them at the time, but the princess was beaming when she was spotted.
