Pippa Middleton may be on the brink of a lucrative venture after relocating closer to her sister Princess Kate as revealed by property expert Paul Gibbons in an exclusive interview with GB News. The younger sister of the Princess of Wales and her billionaire hedge fund husband James Matthews have transformed their residence at Bucklebury Farm Park's Lodge in Berkshire into a venue for parties, events and Pilates classes.

In 2022, Pippa made the move from West London to West Berkshire with James and their three children, settling into a lavish 15 million pound mansion just a 45 minute drive from Prince William and Kate's home at Adelaide Cottage. Subsequently, James and his business associates acquired the sprawling 72 acre Bucklebury Farm Park.

Paul Gibbons, a marketing manager and property expert, shared insights about the potential earnings Pippa and James could reap from the new enterprise. In 2020, the couple purchased the 72 acres in Berkshire for 1.5 million pounds. Fast forward four years and they have opened the Lodge at Bucklebury Farm for various social gatherings including private parties and pilates sessions.

Gibbons elaborated on the financial prospects, stating that while specific figures remain undisclosed, they can estimate the revenue Pippa and James might generate. The Lodge, catering to upscale events like private parties and yoga retreats, can command impressive fees easily raking in thousands per occasion. The luxury glamping tents offer a distinctive experience and can be rented at premium rates, likely fetching hundreds per night. With 5 to 10 tents available, they stand to earn a significant income especially during peak seasons. Regular attractions like deer tractor rides, petting zoo visits and seasonal festivals can also provide steady revenue streams, making the farm a year-round destination for families and tourists alike.

Gibbons also noted the strengthening bond between Pippa and Kate since their proximity increased. Living near the Princess of Wales has likely deepened the connection between Pippa and Kate. This closeness allows them to meet more often, share parenting experiences and let their children grow up together, fostering a supportive family dynamic.

Pippa and James Matthews chose to relocate to Bucklebury Farm in 2022 for several compelling reasons. One primary motivation was to be nearer to Pippa's family, with her sister the Princess of Wales residing in the countryside. This move enables their families to enjoy more quality time together, nurturing closer ties among the children and siblings. Another driving factor was their preference for a rural lifestyle - Pippa and James desired their children to experience a countryside upbringing akin to Pippa's own childhood, valuing the tranquility and natural surroundings over the chaos of London. Lastly, the couple saw business potential in owning and managing Bucklebury Farm. Living on or near the property allows them to oversee operations directly and invest in its growth.

Following Pippa Middleton's wedding to James Matthews in 2017, some unexpected rules were in place that impacted Prince Harry and his then-girlfriend Meghan Markle. Pippa and James tied the knot on May 20th at St. Mark's Church in Englefield, Berkshire, with Prince George and Princess Charlotte serving as page boy and bridesmaid. The lavish reception in a glass marquee at the Middleton estate saw Meghan reunite with Harry after the ceremony.

However, guests were informed they would not be allowed to sit next to their significant others, following a seating rule enforced by the hosts. Meghan and Harry were no exception - despite Meghan traveling 3,000 miles from the US to be by Harry's side, she was separated from him during the formal dinner. This tradition is thought to encourage engagement between new people.

Pippa had also initially set a "no ring, no bring" rule, stipulating only married or engaged couples could bring partners. This posed a challenge for unmarried Harry and Meghan, but an exception was made. James Middleton's then-girlfriend Donna Air also accompanied him, granted leniency.

While the unconventional seating arrangement surprised some, it highlights how formal events in certain circles follow centuries-old traditions. For Harry and Meghan, it was just another step in their blossoming relationship. A few months later in November 2017, they announced their engagement. On May 19, 2018 they married in a globally-watched ceremony at Windsor Castle, one of the most prominent couples in the world.

In retrospect, Pippa's wedding served as an event marking Harry and Meghan's first family occasion as a serious couple, and the acceptance and integration of Meghan into Harry's world. Ultimately, the rules were designed to maintain formality and elevate atmosphere, even if not aligning with modern norms. For Pippa and James, living at Bucklebury Farm Park also enables them to foster closer family ties while developing the property into a lucrative business venture through events, attractions and accommodation.
